I received a reply very quicklyfrom Jesse and the next mean solar day my lookout was on its way to their facility. Got a very reasonable quote for the repair and within a few days my scout arrived back home safely and completely stock-still (and super cleaned)! I started with a Google search of Denizen Eco-Drive repair. My Eco-Drive sentry stopped holding a charge and quit running. One of the search results was for Times Ticking. Times Ticking website described exactly the result my Eco-Drive was experiencing. I was kind of leery to send my watch across country without whatever documentation except the form I filled out from Times Ticking. I mailed my watch insured with a signed receipt asking and then received a call ii days afterwards they received information technology to inform me they had the watch. A couple of days later I received a second telephone call with a diagnosis, quote for the repair and some all-time do tips in storing my Eco-Drives when I am not wearing it. I received my spotter repaired nigh 10 days subsequently. Times Ticking is now my Eco-Bulldoze repair heart going frontwards. Don't let geography make it the way of using Times Ticking. I sent Times Ticking ii Citizen watches with cracked/broken crystals. Each was repaired chop-chop and for the quoted cost. I tin can't say enough about the dandy service and the wonderful employees. Jesse chosen me three days after I mailed my watches to ostend that they had received them and to give me an estimated return date. They were both set up to be returned sooner than the judge. I was called to inform me when the watches were mailed back to me as well. All-in-all a superior experience. I recommend you send any watch you're having bug with to them, you won't regret it.
